Team Building
If you’re looking for a unique corporate experience aboard our ships, do not hesitate to
choose the one you like best.
1. Raft Construction
We simulate a shipwreck. Each group aims to design and assemble their own survival raft,
where they must then row out to sea to save themselves.
2. Olympics Challenge
We combine different ancient Olympic games, medieval games and other elements. Each
group must overcome the most unusual challenges.
3. Bike Builders Challenge
We divide the group into teams so they can assemble their own bicycles and complete an
obstacle course on it. The ultimate goal is to donate those bikes to schools in vulnerable areas.
4. Corporate Regatta
We designed a boat race, which consists of dividing the group into several teams, and each
one will be in charge of a boat in the competition. They will become true sailors with the
support of a professional crew. This is integration at its best. The clearest display of
teamwork is group performance on a ship.
5. Kite Builders Experience
We go back to childhood in order to build our own kites, we then get to fly them with the
help of children from rural populations, who will be happy to help us. We give out donations
in the shape of prizes to schools or foundations based on designs, flying skills, among others.
6. Catapultas Experience
We go back to this historic launching device and build it with different elements. Very fun
games, scores and entertainment facilitators complete this great experience.
7. Old City Cultural Challenge
This activity can be adapted to different cities. We mix gastronomic, artistic, architectural,
historical elements, challenges, games and actors. The objective is to create several teams
who will enjoy a unique tour, in a very particular fashion.
8. Island Cultural Challenge
Once we’re on the island, we combine an exciting journey, interacting with the local
population, mixing music, dance, gastronomy, games and many other surprises.
9. Indoors Games
Hand in hand with our Communicator and Coach, we adapt various programs that are tailored
for specific clients and locations, looking to promote communication, cooperation and
integration of various work groups. The results are fun, exciting, and effective.
